Our Mission
Our goal is to deliver thorough and complete surveys
to assist our clients in land transactions, land subdivisions, condominium plats, boundary and topography surveys, ALTA surveys, as well as construction surveying services.
We can also assist our clients in navigating the rules and regulations set forth by governmental entities and financial institutions who utilize our services.
We take pride in pursuing the honorable and professional career as a Land Surveyor. Our past presidents Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln spent many years as land surveyors.
OUR LEADERSHIP
Mark & Susan Kemper established Kemper & Associates, Inc. in 1987. Together they have been providing high quality services to residential and commercial clients for over 30 years.
Mark is a graduate of Dunwoody Institute (land surveying) and an engineering graduate of South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. He is licensed as a land surveyor in 6 states and as a Licensed Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineer in Texas.
Professional Land Surveying - Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Texas, California and Massachusetts.
